css test # 5 floating boxes with 3 cols and css

this flexible page-layout comes just with html vers 4.01 strict and css.
* without javascript
* without tables
* without browser workarounds [ i am too tired for that ]

the styles are written into the page (easy for copy or saveing),

use it with @import, ...
